MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) advised those who have passport appointments for the day in Manila but could not come due to the inclement weather  to return any time within the week.

“All those who have appointments in getting their passport today may come back at the Manila office any time during the week up to Friday,” DFA said in a statement.

“They will only need to show their proof of appointment for this day,” it said.
