MANILA, Philippines – The camp of Filipino-American arrested for possession of 10 kilos of shabu worth P50 million dared authorities to lift fingerprints and DNA samples from the government vehicle where the drugs were allegedly recovered.

During Monday’s preliminary investigation, 33-year-old Kevin Bryan Hills through counsel Raymond Palad said, “Wala kang makikita nyan maging buhok ni Bryan…Hindi nya ginamit yan o hinawakan. Never.”

At the preliminary investigation, Hills denied being in possession of the 10 kilos of shabu. In his counter-affidavit, he said he was the wrong target of the police.

He said there was no test buy between him and the operatives on Nov. 7 at 9pm as alleged by the police because he was with his family in Baclaran, Paranaque where they belatedly celebrated his birthday.

Meanwhile, Prosecutor Ana Doreen Devanadera ordered for an actual inspection and stencil of the chassis and engine numbers of the subject Pajero which was brought to the Department of Justice.

“This is to compare the chassis and engine numbers with that indicated in the alleged OR-CR of the Pajero to prove that they are one and the same,” Devanadera said.
