WHAT: Kwerdas Sa Kapayapaan—2nd Pagyamanin Likas Musika Rondalla Festival ( both are free events and are open to the gen. public)

1) Kapalong Town Square, Kapalong, Davao Del Norte 1:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m., Saturday, 11 February 2012
2) University Activity Center, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila 12:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m., Saturday, 25 February 2012
Event Description:
The festivals’ participating groups are composed of several beneficiaries of the Pagyamanin Likas Musika-Rondalla Instruments Lending Program from Mindanao (6 groups) and Luzon (9 groups) areas. Each rondalla group will perform their chosen musical pieces from folk to contemporary music.There will be singing and dancing in between rondalla performances.

Working together to help build a healthier and stronger Philippines by leveling the playing field for our less fortunate children through the iconic rondalla tradition is our mission. To date, we have 32 community beneficiaries all over the Philippines .
