SAN FRANCISCO, California—Consul General Marciano Paynor, Jr. of the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco aside from joining the entire nation in expressing sympathy and condolences to the families who were affected by Tropical Storm Sendong has sent out information for those who wish to know whether relatives and friends were affected by the typhoon.
