The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) was able to get information regarding the identity of the suspect behind the killing of overseas Filipino worker Mailyn Conde Sinambong.

Initial information gathered by the Philippine Embassy in Oslo showed that Sinambong died after sustaining injuries when she was being severely beaten allegedly by her husband, Steve Abou Bakr Aalam, a 50-year-old Swedish actor-director.
