Minority senators failed to appear on Tuesday鈥檚 oral argument that questions the validity of the government鈥檚 withdrawal from the International Criminal Court (ICC).

During the start of the oral argument, a certain Atty. Anna Marie Corominas made a manifestation that the minority senators still need to decide about representation.

READ:

Corominas asked the high court that the senators be allowed to participate on next week鈥檚 session.

Detained Senator Leila De Lima was supposed to argue on behalf of the minority senators but her bid was denied by the Supreme Court.

De Lima as well as the other minority senators filed separate motions for reconsideration, which were also denied by the high court.
