Riyadh waiting for Duterte to arrive

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — President Rodrigo Duterte will be flying in Monday for the first leg of his three-country Middle East official visit.

Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud will welcome Duterte in an official ceremony on Tuesday at the latter’s private residence, Malacañang said.

A bilateral meeting between the two leaders is set to take place, during which, they are expected to sign some agreements.

Duterte will also meet with the Filipino community here before flying to Bahrain and, eventually, Qatar. CBB
