PANABO CITY, Philippines鈥擯resident Rodrigo Duterte聽on Friday聽said he will not raise the West Philippine Sea dispute with China at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) meeting in Laos, which he will be attending next week.
鈥淚 have nothing against China now. I do not intend to raise the issue before the Asean because if I do, there鈥檚 going to be a convoluted thing there, kanya kanya na,鈥� Duterte said in a speech at the inauguration of a facility of the Davao International Container Terminal here. RAM
