OLONGAPO CITY — The court that found  United States Marine Lance Cpl. Joseph Pemberton guilty of killing Filipino transgender Jeffrey “Jennifer” Laude denied the American’s soldier motion seeking the reversal of the court’s decision.

In a court ruling dated March 30,  Judge Roline Ginez-Jabalde of the Olongapo City Regional Trial Court Branch 74, also denied Pemberton’s petition for bail.

The court’s ruling was hailed by various cause-oriented groups supporting the Laude family.  SFM
