/ 07:50 AM August 01, 2014

MANILA, Philippines–A California-based company has withdrawn all copies of the original version of its customer service training video that negatively depicted Filipino healthcare workers, the Philippine embassy in Washington said in a statement.

CRM Learning, based in Carlsbad in California, has informed the Philippine embassy that the training video would be revised.

This after the embassy, the Philippine Nurses Association of America (PNAA) and the Migrant Heritage Commission (MHC) protested the video for being violative of “cultural sensibilities.”
